It seems obvious - but the most effective way to care for your teeth is to learn to brush your teeth correctly - and establish a routine for brushing your teeth at least twice a day - Once in the morning, Once at night and ideally a third mid-way through the day.
We recommend a gentle scrub technique involving short horizontal movements. If you are using a powered toothbrush - those with a rotation oscillation action (i.e., brush head moves in one direction and then the other) are more effective.
Be careful when brushing not to apply too much pressure to the teeth and gums when brushing.
